The leading provider of peer-driven conferences for F1000 technology executives, Evanta’s continued objective is to expand across the C-Suite and develop a unified online leadership community.
As their Creative Marketing Director, our 11 member team developed a new creative direction for Evanta’s 7 core brands and initatives. Directed and created all outbound print, email and onsite marketing platforms for over 70 events and provided internal tools to help with their sales force.

Day to day duties include:
Oversee the Evanta Marketing Department budget in conjunction with the Vice President of Operations and the Marketing Production Managers.
Communicate and update the CEO and Vice President of Operations on the status of the Marketing department, team and individuals.
Provide mentorship and guidance for production managers, graphic and production designers.
Development and research of high-level concepts for Evanta Brands and Departments.
Address Marketing Department HR performance and conduct related issues (recruitment, hiring and deployment of contractors and FT staff) as needed.

Re-structuring and maintaining Marketing Department roles, workflow and communication and oversee how it relates to other departments.
Make decisions on final creative programs, concepts, design concepts in conjunction with CEO.
Provide quality control over concepts and projects.
