For optimal protection of the student`s data, we recommend that the student start the agreement process and notify the coordinators who send and receive, making sure to share the agreement only with coordinators by inserting in the agreement only the official international e-mail addresses of the universities concerned. As part of the organisation of credit mobility, students and members of higher education must conclude trilateral learning agreements which are the basis for the recognition of academic qualifications acquired abroad. As the PRIME survey of the Erasmus Student Network in 2010-2011 showed, apprenticeship agreements are both a cornerstone and a major obstacle to the proper organisation of credit mobility. Indeed, the interlocutors are not clearly defined, the information necessary for the implementation of the agreements is rarely available online and the possibility for students to modify their learning agreement after their arrival in the host institutions is 75%. In the same survey, some LLP national agencies proposed to create an online tool to prepare, approve and review learning agreements in an online environment, and this is what this project intends to do. As a rule, several parties (student, sending coordinator, receiving coordinator) have access to the same agreement. Once all parties have given up access to the agreement (by pressing the “Delete” button), the agreement is deleted. It is the responsibility of the user to ensure that the other contracting parties with whom the agreement is shared are legitimate. If you have any doubts, please check the parties` emails. In particular, we recommend that students compare the emails of the sending and receiving coordinators with the well-known contact details of the international departments of higher education institutions. The learning agreement should include all the learning outcomes that the student needs to acquire during the exchange.
In addition, the student has the option to delete the contract immediately after following an email-based verification scheme to protect against accidental deletion. Once an agreement has been deleted, a copy remains in the backup archive for a limited time – a backup created just before deletion is kept for up to 4 weeks. Upon expiry of this period, the backup archives will also be safely deleted and the deletion cannot be undone. Any use of the European emblem by us will be in accordance with the “Administrative Agreement with the Council of Europe on the use of the European emblem by third parties” (2012/C 271/04). The European emblem is used exclusively to refer to the ERASMUS+ programme. Please note that we do not take advantage of this and that there is no link between us and any of the institutions, bodies, agencies and institutions of the European Union or the Council of Europe. The learning agreements for the studies developed for this semester as well as the learning agreements for the internships are now still available via the old OLA platform. . . .
