The title fee for all licensed hardware blockages belongs to Itasca. You are fully responsible for the maintenance and protection of the hardware locks. Itasca reserves the right to determine the cost of replacing a blockage of lost or stolen equipment up to the cost of a new license. 19. Updates and upgradesIf the software is an update or upgrade to an earlier version, you must have a valid license for the previous version. All updates or upgrades provided for an earlier release are submitted to THE PRESENT. You can continue to use previous versions, provided that (a) it is necessary to use the previous version to read or otherwise use editions of this version of the program, (b) you do not transfer the previous version to another party, and (c) you recognize that any obligation that Itasca must support the previous version of the program may end after receiving the update or upgrade. This ACCORD constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and replaces all other agreements, declarations and other agreements between the parties with respect to the purpose of this agreement.
